 Joel Quadracci is Chairman, President and CEO of Quad, where he continues the tradition of family leadership at the company founded in 1971 by his father, the late Harry V. Quadracci.

Quadracci grew up with the company, officially joining it in 1991. He held various sales and strategy positions before becoming president and CEO in 2006, and he added the role of chairman in 2010. Under Quadracci’s leadership, Quad has consistently evolved and today is a global marketing experience company that leverages its 50-year heritage of platform excellence, innovation, strong culture, and social purpose to create a better way for its clients, employees, and communities.

Quadracci holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.Â
